Timeline of Events

08/2019
Red Lake Tribal Council passes Resolution to partner with Native American Community Academy (NACA) & NACA Inspired Schools Network (NISN) to help open school.

08/2020
Planning phases begins. Community outreach and involvement, charter school design & development, application process, etc.

01/2021
Submitted Endazhi-Nitaawiging’s application to Osprey Wilds, Authorizer for approval.

04/2021
Endazhi-Nitaawiging’s application was APPROVED by Osprey Wilds.

05/2021
Submitted Endazhi-Nitaawiging’s affidavit to MN Department of Education for final approval

08/2021
Endazhi-Nitaawiging’s affidavit was APPROVED by MN Department of Education.
